Con la coordinación de Proyecto Surcos comenzó el Curso de Operadores Comunitarios en Prevención de la Violencia Familiar y Social
El pasado viernes 16 de mayo con la concurrencia de 39 participantes y la coordinación de la Lic. Alejandra Vázquez comenzó a dictarse el Curso de Operadores Comunitarios en Prevención de la Violencia.
Miembros de organizaciones sociales, medios de comunicación, servicios de salud, iglesias y estudiantes, entre otros, se dieron cita en la Iglesia Bautista de Mitre y Travi a las 14hs. para participar del primer encuentro.
Mónica Villalba, enfermera, comenta: “me pareció sumamente interesante. Soy enfermera y estoy cada día con esta temática, que se hagan este tipo de actividades me parece fundamental”.
El curso consta de 12 encuentros con frecuencia quincenal y tiene el objetivo de formar líderes barriales en prevención de la violencia Familiar y Social facilitando el acceso a los recursos locales a víctimas de violencia. Además de integrantes de Proyecto Surcos, participarán como docentes representantes de la Justicia y Fuerzas policiales así como de ONGs que trabajan con la problemática de la violencia.
“Participo en varias organizaciones del Partido. El aumento de la violencia y la falta de recursos hacen que tengamos que ser agentes de cambio e intervenir en esta temática. No alcanza con la buena voluntad, uno tiene que estar preparado, formado para asistir y no revictimizar”, afirma la psicóloga social Lorena Brola, quien fue una de las más participativas del encuentro.
Esta actividad se enmarca en la Red de Salud Comunitaria del Partido de Escobar y busca favorecer una mayor visibilización de esta problemática en su contexto y facilitar que se pueda recurrir a los canales institucionales de respuesta. La violencia es una problemática dada por muchos factores, por lo que se necesita una mirada desde distintas disciplinas y un trabajo articulado entre distintos sectores para dar respuesta a la misma.
El próximo encuentro será el viernes 30 de mayo. Recordamos que se trata de una actividad no arancelada y abierta a quienes estén interesados en la temática.
