Declaraciones y saludos de los Concejales, Hugo Cantero del FpV y Juan Carlos Parlatto del Frente Renovador.
Finalizada la sesión de Concejales y Mayores contribuyentes, en el Concejo Deliberante, los ediles Cantero y Parlatto, dejaron algunas definiciones, acerca de la sesión y un saludo al Pueblo escobarense.
Cantero, finalmente se aprobó la ordenanza Fiscal e Impositiva, en un marco de convivencia:“Si, el oficialismo accedió a muchas de las modificaciones que planteamos desde el Frente para la Victoria y el que más trabajó estos temas fue el concejal, Pablo Ramos. Que el aumento de tasas se cobre en Abril es un consenso importante. Después los disensos se dan como en cualquier sesión, como los que tuvimos por ejemplo con los derechos de construcción. Nosotros tenemos una mirada y otras otras.
Lo que se vio en la sesión de hoy, es mucha madurez para debatir, pero también para acompañar, tanto desde el ejecutivo, como desde los distintos bloques:“Si, Señalamos las cosas con coherencia ideológica, pero con Convivencia democrática, en un marco de madurez que siempre se debería tener.
¿En vísperas de las fiestas cuál es el mensaje para el Pueblo de Escobar?
Este ha sido un año complejo, duro , difícil, pero agradecido porque el pueblo siempre ha estado atento a lo que se fue desarrollando, diciembre va a terminar bien, muy distinto al año pasado y veo con mucho optimismo el año que viene, donde la gente lo va a pasar mucho mejor”.

Parlatto, Se votó por unanimidad la Ordenanza Fiscal e Impositiva, un logro de todos los concejales y el ejecutivo:“Desde que llegó la propuesta del Departamento Ejecutivo, convocamos a los demás bloques para trabajar juntos lo enviado por el departamento Ejecutivo. Además invitamos a la contadora Karina Centioni y explicó claramente el proyecto. En ese marco y luego del análisis correspondiente, acompañamos las modificaciones propuestas por los otros bloques que consideramos beneficioso para los vecinos y obviamente, en las propuestas de modificaciones que no compartimos, primó nuestra postura.
En el recinto, se discute, cada uno defiende su posición, pero en los aspectos generales hubo una mirada de consenso. No es poca cosa, ante un año electoral por delante:“Para nosotros haber llegado a esta asamblea, donde cada uno expresó su sentir democrático, a partir de las diferencias, pero con madurez y criterio político, hacen a la salud de la democracia y esto se ha reflejado en la sesión.
Su mensaje para los escobarenses, ante la inminencia de los festejos de navidad y año nuevo:“En primer lugar, mis saludos a todos los periodistas que hacen llegar a los ciudadanos del distrito, las expresiones y el trabajo del HCD y el Ejecutivo. Para nuestros vecinos, los deseos de felicidad y que el año que viene sigamos trabajando unidos por un país mejor.
