Gonzalo Fuentes Arballo: “ Sujarchuk está planteando un cambio en la estructura municipal con una visión moderna”
El flamante Secretario Contravencional, Dr. Gonzalo Fuentes Arballo, dirigente del Frente Renovador , durante su presentación como nuevo funcionario del ejecutivo municipal, aseguró:” El Intendente Sujarchuk viene a modificar la estructura municipal, con una visión moderna para mejorar la calidad de vida de los vecinos”.
El edil en uso de licencia, manifestó que en lo personal, no podía decir que no a la propuesta formulada por el Jefe comunal para estar al frente de la nueva Secretaría :”En Escobar hay un cambio con una visión moderna y creemos que es lo que el vecino está reclamando hoy, políticos comprometidos con la gestión y que mejoren la calidad de vida de la gente. A eso uno no puede decirle que no”.
De esta manera, Fuentes Arballo, asumía en la función y señalaba: “ El trabajo de la secretaría va a ser acercar la administración municipal al vecino. Generar un sistema dinámico y aggiornado a la actualidad, ya que las temáticas que el Municipio hoy está absorbiendo son mucho más importantes que las que tenía hace veinte, diez y cinco años.
Entre otras consideraciones, sostuvo la necesidad de: “Tematizar las áreas de control en el medio ambiente, la seguridad vial y las obras civiles. No sólo para implementar el sistema de cobro o la persecución del expediente donde se genera la multa, sino también para elaborar políticas proactivas para evitarlas y capacitar al personal municipal para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de gestión ”.
Por último afirmó : “El cumplimiento de la ley es obligatoria para todos los ciudadanos” y que van a trabajar para educar a la población :“Venimos a cambiar esa permisividad que hemos tenido en el pasado, porque esa permisividad es la que provoca accidentes y muertes. Como lo vemos a diario con los accidentes de tránsito que ocurren en todo el distrito y son evitables”.
