Se secuestraron y desnaturalizaron 600 kilos de embutidos y lácteos vencidos
El equipo de la Dirección General de Inspección de Comercio de la Municipalidad de Escobar realizó un procedimiento de desnaturalización y compactación de unos 600 kilos de embutidos y lácteos vencidos, que habían sido decomisados en un depósito de alimentos no perecederos, ubicado en la localidad de Ingeniero Maschwitz.
Dicho depósito fue clausurado de manera preventiva ya que violaba normas de seguridad, higiene y bromatología además de realizar actividades no afines al rubro autorizado, como por ejemplo el etiquetado, pintado y envasado de la mercadería. También se verificaron alteraciones en las etiquetas originales, falta de sello y rótulo reglamentarios en numerosos productos, situación que ponía en grave peligro la salud de los futuros consumidores.
Durante el operativo se desnaturalizaron 190 hormas de queso
y 35 piezas enteras de paleta de cerdo y los residuos fueron trasladados al predio del CEAMSE. También se aprovechó para agregar al proceso de compactación más de 11.000 unidades de DVD´s y CD´s apócrifos, todos ellos producto de dos decomisos de anterior data.
