El Frente Renovador entregó un subsidio a la Escuela Primaria N° 18 de Vicente López
La Concejal y referente del Frente Renovador del distrito, Sofía Vannelli, junto a su par Germán Maldonado, acompañaron al Vicepresidente Segundo del Senado bonaerense, Sebastián Galmarini, en la entrega de un subsidio a la Escuela Primaria N° 18 “Olegario Víctor Andrade, ubicada en el corazón de Carapachay, uno de los barrios de Vicente López.
En la escuela, los legisladores fueron recibidos por la directora de la institución, Claudia Calderón, y los integrantes de la Asociación Cooperadora, encabezados por su presidente Oscar Nieto.
Los problemas de infraestructura de la Escuela Primaria N° 18 tomaron público conocimiento cuando el mismo día de inicio de este año lectivo se desplomó parte del techo de la planta alta sobre una maestra de música, que sufrió heridas leves. En un salón colmado por alumnos y docentes, fue la directora Calderón quien agradeció la presencia de Galmarini y los concejales y compartió con todos que la Asociación Cooperadora recibió un subsidio para ayudar a resolver los problemas del edificio.
“Esta es una escuela particular, tanto padres como docentes se comprometen siempre, siempre con la realidad que vivimos para mejorar la realidad de nuestra comunidad”, destacó el presidente de la Cooperadora, Oscar Nieto.
A continuación, tomó la palabra la concejal Sofía Vannelli: “Quería agradecerle a Sebastián que hizo un esfuerzo enorme por presentar un pedido de informe en el Senado para que las autoridades correspondientes ayuden a resolver el problema que tenía la escuela: el techo que filtraba agua, que tuvieron que anular toda la planta alta, el aula transitoria que tuvieron que armar en el patio, que hoy lo tienen libre para poder jugar. Quiero felicitar también a Claudia porque tienen una hermosa escuela”.
Por su parte, el senador Galmarini manifestó: “Para nosotros es un placer cumplir con el rol para el que nos eligieron, es una obligación nuestra acercarnos. A principio de año pedimos que el Estado se haga cargo y resuelva el problema que tenían con el techo de la escuela. Luego, seguimos acompañando para ayudar a mejorar la infraestructura edilicia, una dificultad que tiene no solo esta escuela sino que es una situación por la que atraviesa gran parte del sistema educativo en la provincia”.
“Sin un nuevo pacto dentro de las escuelas entre los docentes, padres y directivos, y hacia fuera con la propia sociedad política, con nosotros que tenemos la obligación y el rol de resolver este tipo de problemas, es imposible que podamos tener un país mejor. Si nosotros no tenemos escuelas que formen a los chicos, que los capaciten, que les den las herramientas para insertarse en la sociedad en la que vivimos, seguramente la Argentina no va a crecer”, agregó Galmarini.
Al finalizar, el senador provincial volvió a agradecerle a la comunidad educativa que “en un momento de
nuestro país donde nos debatimos entre violencia, agresiones, descalificaciones, discusiones personalizadas, que nosotros podamos venir con el concejal Maldonado y la concejal Vannelli a darles nuestro granito de arena para que la escuela esté mejor. Seguiremos trabajando y ayudando con el compromiso de estar cerca para lo que necesiten. Confíen en que también es cierto que hay buena gente y que hay buenos dirigentes, les pido que nos exijan para hacer lo que hicimos con la Escuela 18 con el resto de la comunidad educativa de Vicente López.”
