Alerta Tigre 2.0
La Municipalidad de Tigre, sigue innovando e incorporando servicios de seguridad para los vecinos, al respecto, Sebastián D ‘Argenzio, del equipo de la Secretaría de Protección Ciudadana, informó:“Alerta Tigre 2.0 nace como un sistema de apoyo al 911 de la Provincia de Bs. As., dándole la posibilidad a los vecinos de Tigre que se ven imposibilitados de hacer un llamado al sistema de emergencias Provincial, puedan interactuar con el COT (Centro de Operaciones Tigre) a través de diversos medios tecnológicos y de usos muy frecuentes en la vida cotidiana, donde el COT despacha la asistencia Policial, Móviles COT, Ambulancias del sistema de emergencias Tigre (SET), Bomberos, Defensa Civil, cubriendo las necesidades requirentes de cada evento.¿De qué manera se implementa el sistema?
El sistema Alerta Tigre 2.0 se implementa de manera inicial en el COT por medio de un convenio con Visa, donde por medio de sus terminales de cobro los comerciantes adheridos al programa podían alertar 3 eventos de emergencias al COT (Policía, Emergencia Médica y Bomberos), pero en su entonces y actual Secretario de Protección Ciudadana el Lic. Diego Santillán, junto con su equipo técnico de trabajo, quiso ir más allá de un sistema de alertas comercial, sabiendo que la plataforma inteligente, robusta e integradora Alerta Tigre 2.0 lo posibilitaba, y plantea la necesidad de llegar a la mayor capilaridad de la gente a través del celular por medio del sms, ante esta inquietud planteada se desarrolla Alerta Tigre 2.0 SMS, logrando un sistema innovador y sin precedentes en Latinoamérica en materia de prevención, teniendo hoy en el sistema más de 20.000 suscriptores.
Nos decía que esto facilita el trabajo de los Operadores ¿ Cómo lo facilita?
Cabe destacar que se logró con dicho sistema y al ser integrador, que los operadores de monitoreo no tengan que visualizar distintas pantallas de los sistemas existentes que había antes del software inteligente y sin descartar ninguno de ellos,se unificaron todos en una sola pantalla, facilitando el trabajo y optimizando el tiempo de respuesta de las distintas denuncias.
De manera sistemática, se fueron desarrollaron distintas ramas del sistema:
Alerta Tigre Escuelas : sistemas de Alarmas digitales instaladas en los establecimiento Públicos, conectados directamente con el COT.
Alerta Tigre Genero: las víctimas de violencia de género pueden alertar por un sms al COT y a diferencia del sms común ellas tienen un protocolo de envió donde el operador sabe si necesita asistencia inmediata en su domicilio y puede llamarla a los numero informados en la suscripción.
Alerta Tigre Transporte : son sistemas de geo localizacióngps instalados en las líneas de transporte público Municipales y colectivos Escolares con la particularidad de tener un pulsador de pánico conectado con el COT, dándonos la ubicación exacta de la unidad que solicito la asistencia.
Alerta Tigre online: todos los usuario adheridos al sistema reciben un usuario y contraseña, donde a través de la paginawww.tigre.gov.ar/alertatigreopción denuncia pero enviar la misma vía web y de forma online con el COT.
Sebastián, ¿En qué consiste el Alerta Tigre TWITTER , DAMA y SMARTPHONE?
El Alerta Tigre TWITTER : cuando los usuarios de AT 2.0 usan esta herramienta al momento de la suscripción se registra en su planilla su dirección de twitter y ésta queda vinculada al sistema y por medio del hastag #alertatigre seguida de la denuncia puede por este medio alertar al COT. Alerta Tigre DAMA:es un dispositivo de pánico y georeferenciación , que se le entrega a las víctimas de violencia de género pero en situación de riesgo avanzada, donde la usuaria puede pulsar el botón de pánico que contiene el dispositivo en cualquier punto del partido de Tigre, sabiendo automáticamente la posición de la víctima para su asistencia. Alerta Tigre SMARTPHONE: los usuarios de Alerta Tigre que tiene un samartphone con android y blackberry, pueden bajar el aplicativo desde la página www.tigre.gov.ar/alertatigre o desde su celular a través de la herramienta Play Store, Market. El mismo posee 3 teclas de emergencia (Policía, Emergencia Médica y Ambulancia), y presionando cualquiera de los 3 (tres) eventos automáticamente envía el mismo hacia el Centro de operaciones, informando la posición por GPS del usuario para su asistencia.
En este momento ¿En qué más se está trabajando?
Actualmente se está trabajando fuertemente en sistema Alerta Tigre Casa protegida instalando en las viviendas de nuestros vecinos de forma gratuita, un panel electrónico de emergencia con 3 botones (Pánico, Médica y Bomberos) que conecta por vía telefónica directamente a los ciudadanos con el centro de operaciones.
¿Cuántos botones pánico se instalaron hasta la fecha?
Se instalaron en solo 5 meses 12.000 dispositivos , repartidos en todas las ciudades de Tigre teniendo como ideal llegar a la totalidad de las viviendas. Los resultados del arduo trabajo del Centro de Operaciones Tigre, mancomunado con todas las secretarias del Municipio son más que satisfactorias, cuando analizamos las estadísticas de los miles de casos de asistencias de prevención positiva y los muchos saludos de gratitud vía telefónica y por medio de las redes sociales que recibimos de nuestros vecinos, nos da las fuerzas y el compromiso de seguir mejorando para que en Tigre podamos disfrutar en armonía y sin miedos de todos los espacios públicos de nuestra localidad, porque sabemos y queda demostrado que la seguridad la hacemos entre todos.
