Asesinaron a un Abogado de San Fernando
El abogado Daniel Verdugo de 64 años, fue asesinado en su casa del partido de San Fernando, con 11 balazos, por un conflicto de sucesión de la vivienda donde se produjo el homicidio.
De acuerdo a la información brindada por la Departamental de Zona Norte de la Policía bonaerense, el homicidio estaría vinculado a una sucesión de la propiedad donde se sucedieron los hechos.
En el lugar también fue herido de 2 impactos de bala, un pintor que se encontraba realizando refacciones, pero se encuentra fuera de peligro, en el hospital de San Fernando.
De acuerdo a las declaraciones realizadas por el Comisario Mayor, Claudio Blanco, no se trataría de un hecho de inseguridad: “No es un robo” declaró el funcionario policial, dando crédito al conflicto por la sucesión de la vivienda, donde se produjo el homicidio.
El asesinato se produjo pasadas las 16 horas, en la esquina de Humaitá e Italia. La rápida intervención policial, que recogió testimonios de vecinos del lugar y la del pintor herido, permitió que los agentes del orden, luego de varios allanamientos realizados, pudieran dar con el autor del homicidio, en un hotel de la zona.
Acusado de efectuar los disparos, se encuentra detenido, Cristian Javier Quijano, un joven de 22 años, con antecedentes penales, quién al momento de ser apresado, tenía el arma homicida, una calibre 9 milímetros y otra calibre 38, en su poder.
De acuerdo a la información policial, el presunto instigador del homicidio sería, Jonathan Pigliese, vecino de la víctima y con quién estaba en conflicto por la sucesión de la vivienda.
