Detuvieron a ex Pareja de la Joven Asesinada a Golpes en Loma verde
El imputado, Matías Mitchel, acusado del crimen de Pamela Estefanía Biosa , la joven que apareció asesinada a golpes con su bebé vivo al lado, en Loma Verde, se negó a declarar ante la fiscal de la causa.
El detenido se negó a declarar, dijo que quería declarar pero prefería no hacerlo por consejo de su defensa.
Algunos investigadores esperaban que Mitchel repita en sede judicial la confesión que -aunque sin valor legal alguno-, ayer le brindó a la Policía al ser detenido.Mitchel quedó preso acusado de «homicidio doblemente agravado» por haberse cometido contra quien ha mantenido una relación de pareja,pero la fiscal Molinari también le imputó el delito de «abandono de persona», por haber dejado en situación de vulnerabilidad al bebé de siete meses que estuvo 10 horas a la intemperie junto al cadáver de su madre.
En tanto, Mitchel, anoche fue revisado por un médico legista que detectó excoriaciones, hematomas y raspones en brazos, piernas y otras partes del cuerpo, compatibles con lesiones que pudo haberle ocasionado Biosa (21) en su intento de defensa.
«Lo que más lo compromete es un golpe en una pierna que lo dejó con un renguera. Creemos que la víctima lo lastimó con el mismo palo u objeto contundente con el que luego ella fue asesinada», dijo uno de los investigadores.
Además, los peritos de Policía Científica le tomaron al imputado muestras de pelo y de saliva para futuros cotejos de ADN y secuestraron sus ropas para análisis de laboratorio.
«Hubo una lucha feroz y creemos que vamos a encontrar ADN del asesino en alguna evidencia levantada del cadáver o la escena del crimen, o sangre o algún otro rastro de la víctima en la ropa del sospechoso», comentó otro de los investigadores.
Mitchel, quien trabaja como vigilador en la empresa «Guarman», había tenido una relación sentimental con la víctima y fue localizado como sospechoso a partir de los últimos mensajes encontrados en el celular de Biosa, hallado en la escena del crimen.
Fuentes judiciales aclararon que al revisar el celular de la víctima, a la fiscal le llamó la atención un SMS enviado por un contacto agendado con el nombre «Marga» en el que le proponían a Biosa un encuentro para ofrecerle trabajo.
Una testigo ya le había contado a la fiscal que Biosa solía agendar con nombres de mujeres los números de algunos hombres que solía frecuentar.
Los investigadores llamaron a ese contacto agendado como «Marga» pero se sorprendieron al ser atendidos por un hombre que cortó al no reconocer la voz al otro lado de la línea.
Los pesquisas constataron luego que el número al que habían llamado pertenecía a Mitchel, quien había sido pareja de Biosa durante un año y se habían separado cuando ella quedó embarazada del bebé que tuvo con quien era su actual pareja, otro vigilador.
Además, la fiscal detectó que Mitchel tenía una causa en trámite por abuso sexual en la que, según la denuncia, había convocado a la presunta víctima con el mismo método: ofreciéndole trabajo por SMS.
Mitchel fue localizado ayer en su vivienda de Escobar, donde se le secuestró el celular correspondiente a la línea mencionada y quedó detenido cuando se autoincriminó en una dependencia policial.
Biosa fue encontrada asesinada el martes a las 12 a la vera de la calle Estenssoro, un camino rural, junto a un zanjón, en la zona de quintas de Loma Verde, partido de Escobar.
Junto al cadáver y a un cochecito volcado y con las ruedas rotas, fue hallado el hijo de la víctima, un bebé de siete meses, envuelto en una manta y en buen estado de salud pese a que se estableció por la data de muerte de su madre que estuvo al menos 10 horas a la intemperie durante la madrugada.
Los forenses determinaron en la autopsia que Biosa murió por traumatismos en el cráneo producidos con un objeto contundente y encontraron signos de defensa en el cadáver y evidencias de lucha en la escena del crimen.
Biosa tenía la ropa embarrada, una mezcla abundante de barro y pasto dentro de la boca y hasta mechones de pelo en sus manos.
Los peritos cotejarán ahora si esos pelos coinciden morfológicamente con los del sospechosos y si pueden obtener de ellos un perfil genético para compararlo con el del detenido.
Desde el hallazgo del cuerpo de Biosa junto a su bebé, los investigadores sospecharon que la mujer pudo haber sido víctima de violencia de género y descartaron la pista del robo, ya que aparecieron todos sus objetos de valor.
