La ANSES y La Defensoría del Pueblo de Escobar en Reunión de Trabajo por Derechos Jubilatorios
En el marco de dicho encuentro, establecieron estrategias para trabajar articuladamente en la Promoción y Protección de Derechos.
En el marco de la posible sanción de ley que abriría la segunda etapa de inclusión jubilatoria, el Director Ejecutivo de la ANSES, Lic. Diego Bossio citó el día 6 de agosto del corriente, en la sede central del organismo previsional a la Dra. Rocío Fernández en su doble carácter de Defensora del Pueblo del Partido de Escobar y Secretaria de la Asociación de Defensores del Pueblo de la República Argentina (ADPRA) a fin de desarrollar y poner en marcha acciones conjuntas.
El objetivo principal del encuentro, fue de asegurar que los derechos de los ciudadanos se ejerzan de forma fácil, rápida y gratuita. Asimismo, de articular con la Defensoría a fin de lograr que quienes estén en condiciones de acceder a esta nueva moratoria y se encuentren dentro de los sectores más vulnerables de la población, sepan que el trámite de jubilación No requiere la contratación de gestores.
En este sentido la Dra. Fernández, señaló: “El titular de la ANSES nos ofrece una posibilidad concreta de aunar esfuerzos a fin de lograr fines específicos en nuestra tarea de promocionar y defender derechos, establecer un mecanismo de comunicación directo entre las autoridades de ANSES y la Defensoría del Pueblo, permitiendo trabajar mancomunadamente, a los efectos de acompañar a los sectores más vulnerados a través de acciones recíprocas”.
Durante la reunión, el Lic. Diego Bossio destacó que los Defensores del Pueblo tienen como tarea contribuir en la promoción y la defensa del ejercicio de los derechos de los ciudadanos y, por tal motivo, la ANSES les ofrecerá herramientas para que asesoren a las personas que lo requieran, a fin de evitar abusos, en el marco de la posible implementación de la extensión de la moratoria.
“En ese sentido hemos trabajado en algunas líneas de acción: la primera es mostrar lo que hemos hecho desde la ANSES para facilitar el trámite jubilatorio con tecnología, aplicativos e información que le damos a cada uno de los jubilados; la segunda es ubicar a la Defensoría del Pueblo como canal de comunicación para que puedan facilitarle a los mayores todos los detalles necesarios para acceder al derecho jubilatorio”, agregó Bossio.
