Contravención al Puerto Regasificador
La Municipalidad de Escobar reclamó la actualización de documentación y el Puerto no la presentó
El acta de contravención (Nº002400007127) fue hecha hacia la Terminal Regasificación GNL Escobar, cuyo titular es Energía Argentina S.A. e YPF S.A. – U.T.E. , ubicada en la calle Camino Jardín Náutico, Río Paraná Km. 74, Primera Sección de Islas Paraná de Las Palmas Escobar.
La medida fue tomada debido al incumplimiento de la empresa en el mantenimiento actualizado de la documentación relacionada con la Seguridad, Higiene y Controles Ambientales, y a la Ordenanza Municipal Nro. 5117/13Las actuaciones contravencionales se elevaron al Juzgado de Faltas N°1 de Belén de Escobar, donde se dispondrán las medidas del caso.
Para finalizar, el departamento Ejecutivo evalúa la clausura preventiva.
