Se entregaron Actas de Afectación como Bien de Familia
Finalizando el año 2014 se realizó una entrega de Actas de Afectación como Bien de Familia para vecinos del partido de Escobar.La realización del trámite se gestiona en forma gratuita, en la Dirección de Normalización Dominial de la Municipalidad de Escobar.
El acto de entrega de las actas, tuvo lugar en las instalaciones de la Casa de la Cultura de Escobar y contó con la presencia del Secretario de Gobierno, Andrés García, en representación del Intendente Sandro Guzmán, y la Directora de Normalización Dominial de la Municipalidad, Cristina Casas. Por el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, participó la Coordinadora de Normalización Dominial, Estrella Dupont.
La entrega de las Actas, se realizó en un clima de alegría, en el cuál muchos de los beneficiarios que concurrieron con su grupo familiar, expresaron su felicidad al ver concretado el ansiado anhelo de resguardar la vivienda familiar en fecha tan especial.
L a Afectación como Bien de familia, preserva a la propiedad familiar de deudas. La vivienda, no puede ser ejecutada por deudas de ley, dando seguridad y garantía a las familias.
La Directora Municipal, Cristina Casas, al dirigirse a los beneficiarios dijo:“ Les agradezco a ustedes, por haber confiado en la municipalidad y en nuestro Intendente, Sandro Guzmán. Hoy van a recibir algo realmente muy importante para todos ustedes”.
Por su parte, el Secretario de Gobierno, Andrés García, manifestó: “Gracias a todos los que hicieron el esfuerzo por venir: El trámite que realizaron le da seguridad a la vivienda familiar” y añadió:“Les dejo el saludo del Intendente, Sandro Guzmán, que por otros compromisos de la gestión, no pudo asistir. Felicitaciones por este momento.
Los beneficiarios
En un clima de alegría y satisfacción, Rubén Gustavo Mayoi, del barrio Alta Vista, circundante con la Ruta 26, agradeció:“Para mí y mi familia, este es un
momento importantísimo, lo que más me importa es darle esto a mis hijos, por eso le agradezco a la municipalidad de Escobar. Los trámites son simples, se resuelve rápido, es algo deberían hacer todos los vecinos”.
Para el Vecino de Maquinista Savio: “En esta fecha, es un regalo de navidad, les agradezco muchísimo a todos los que lo hicieron posible”
