ATE realiza un Paro en la Provincia
Fabián “Moncho” Allessandrini: “Si el Estado funciona es por la voluntad que ponen miles y miles de trabajadores”.
Luego de un plenario de Delegados de ATE Zona Norte, donde ratificaron su adhesión a la medida de fuerza a realizarse el miércoles 25 de Febrero, el Secretario General de la agrupación gremial en la Zona Norte, Fabián el “Moncho” Alessandrini declaró: “Si el Estado funciona, es por la voluntad que ponen miles y miles de trabajadores todos los días, para que funcione”.
El dirigente gremial manifestó la necesidad de que el gobierno provincial proponga:“Un verdadero aumento salarial, dieron un 7 % en enero que rechazamos, ahora ofrecen un 18% más que se terminaría de cobrar en octubre, en cuotas. Nosotros consideramos que esta propuesta ni siquiera es para discutir, porque ese aumento no alcanza para nada. Nosotros pedimos un 40% de aumento para todos los estales”.
Allessandrini ¿ Hay diálogo con el ejecutivo para tratara de solucionar este conflicto?
Hay diálogo, lo que no hay son hay propuestas. El Gobierno hizo una gran puesta en escena en diciembre convocando a una paritaria para resolver los problemas de los estales y docentes, pero al momento no hecho una propuesta seria que resuelva el tema salarial” y además aclaró: “No solo pedimos aumento de sueldos, sino que se resuelva el tema de la infraestructura en los hospitales, en las escuelas, en los edificios públicos, cualquiera que va a un hospital espera horas y horas; hay escuelas en las que no se van a poder iniciar las clases, no por el paro, sino porque las escuelas no están en condiciones”.
Ahora lo que plantean con respecto a infraestructura, no es algo que se haya producido desde diciembre a la fecha:“Lo que hacen los funcionarios es usar de excusa diciendo – vamos resolviendo las cosas- pero en educación los problemas son cada vez más graves y sin fundamentos de por qué no resuelven los problemas, dicen que resuelven pero en la práctica eso no se ve.
El gremialista puntualizó: “ Esto es algo que pasa en las distintas dependencias provinciales, registro civil, patronato de liberados, dependencias del estado provincial que funcional muy mal producto de un gobierno que no resuelve, que no gestiona, porque hay el gobernador Scioli, está más preocupado por su candidatura que en resolver el problema de los bonaerense.
Si las escuelas están limpias y en condiciones, es porque están las cocineras y auxiliares hacen el trabajo para que estén como deben estar. Las enfermeras y enfermeros, están las 24 horas con los pacientes y el gobernador permanentemente los ningunea, porque cuando habla de la salud parece que la salud está hecha por médicos solamente y cuando se habla de educación parece que está hecha solamente por los docentes, y esto dos sistemas funcionan por todos los trabajadores que se esfuerzan para que se brinde un buen servicio”.
De acuerdo a lo señalado por el Secretario General de ATE Zona Norte, el paro se va a sentir en los hospitales, escuelas, y en todas las demás dependencias públicas provinciales.
