La ANSES da respuesta y otorga Turnos a través de sus Terminales de Autoconsulta Electrónica

El organismo posee 640 en funcionamiento en todo el país que complementan el trabajo de las oficinas de atención al público. Cuentan con nuevas opciones para solicitar turnos para múltiples trámites.
Distribuidas por todo el país y ubicadas en delegaciones de la ANSES, oficinas, hospitales, municipios y centros de Acceso a la Justicia, entre otras entidades, las 640 Terminales de Autoconsulta Electrónica (TAE) del organismo dieron respuesta a 4.438.690 consultas en todo 2015.
Ahora se agregan a la solicitud de turnos la opción Trámites Jubilados y Pensionados para que los mismos puedan realizar el cambio de Obra Social y de banco; efectuar reclamos a terceras entidades; consultar por el impuesto a las Ganancias y Asignaciones Familiares.
El titular de la ANSES, Emilio Basavilbaso, explicó que “mediante las terminales, los ciudadanos obtienen respuesta a sus consultas en lugares donde hay una gran afluencia de público. También se pueden obtener turnos para que la atención de los trámites sea más ordenada, tanto para la gente como para los empleados”.
A través de las TAE, se brindaron durante todo el año pasado 1.540.476 constancias de CUIL y 478.402 comprobantes de Certificación Negativa; en cuanto a turnos, los más requeridos fueron para presentar la Libreta de la Asignación Universal por Hijo (621.378) y para acreditar la escolaridad (454.465).
Las terminales cuentan con tecnología de última generación: PC con pantalla táctil, donde los usuarios pueden acceder al sitio web de la ANSES y realizar allí mismo numerosos trámites y consultas; una impresora para la obtención de constancias (por ejemplo la de CUIL), y un intercomunicador que conecta al usuario con la central de atención telefónica del organismo para asesoramiento.

· Códigos de haberes y descuentos para jubilados y pensionados

· Tramitar Asignaciones Familiares como Nacimiento, Matrimonio y Adopción
· Presentar el certificado escolar
· Asesoramiento y solicitud de jubilaciones y pensiones
· Prestación por Desempleo
· Cambio de Obra Social
· Reclamos a terceras entidades
· Impuesto a las Ganancias
