Ducoté se reunió con representantes de Cámaras de Comercio de la Región
Ayer el Intendente Nicolás Ducoté participó de una reunión zonal de Cámaras de Comercio. El encuentro estuvo coordinado por la Federación Económica de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (FEBA) y la Sociedad de Comerciantes Industriales y Propietarios y Afines (SCIPA).
El evento se llevo a cabo en las instalaciones de la Sede de Scipa de Pilar, ubicada en Pedro Lagrave 563; y contó con la presencia de referentes de las cámaras aledañas de Escobar, Exaltación de La Cruz, Lujan, General Rodríguez, Mercedes, Carmen de Areco, San Antonio de Areco, Moreno, Del Viso, Malvinas Argentinas, Manuel Alberti, Gran Bourg, Fátima, La Lonja, Villa Rosa y San Miguel.
Al respecto del encuentro Ducoté señaló que «estoy convencido de que este tipo de reuniones tienen que ser el primer paso en donde se trabajen los acuerdos y los compromisos en la implementación de políticas públicas y los servicios del Estado».
También el mandatario local ratificó su respaldo para con los comerciantes y expresó que «quiero que se sientan acompañados por nuestra gestión y voy a pedirles el mayor de los esfuerzos para construir acciones en conjunto. Esto es el principio de un camino a recorrer entre los distintos vecinos».
Durante la jornada se abordaron distintas propuestas de políticas económicas para estimular el comercio. De esta manera se trataron cuestiones relativas a los planes de financiación al consumo, los cuales han demostrado ser de suma utilidad para fortalecer el mercado interno y la actividad comercial. Se busca lograr la estabilidad del programa Ahora 12 y FEBA 12 por un término no menor a dos años. La idea es extender su aplicación a toda la semana, favoreciendo así la producción nacional.
También se trataron temas tales como el límite a los intereses a cobrar por las entidades financieras a los saldos por consumo en tarjeta u otro método de financiación, la implementación de créditos para la modernización del comercio de proximidad, la puesta en marcha de posibles acciones para limitar la instalación de grandes superficies comerciales y la aplicación de medidas destinadas a bajar los aranceles de las tarjetas de crédito y débito.
En materia de promoción industrial se propuso readecuar los derechos de exportación efectivos a productos con valor agregado, impulsar el apoyo financiero a la exportación de estos productos, mejorar el sistema de cobro de reintegros y devoluciones de IVA e incentivar la inversión de bienes de capital e infraestructura, entre otras iniciativas.
La actividad se desarrolló mediante la conformación de comisiones temáticas y también contó con el respaldo de la Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) y de la Asociación de Industriales de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (ADIBA).
