Puesta en marcha del programa Concejales por un Día
En el marco del programa Concejales por un Día, que impulsa el área de Juventud municipal, el Concejo Deliberante de Hurlingham recibió ayer, por primera vez, la visita de alumnos secundarios.
En esta ocasión, fueron los estudiantes de la Escuela Secundaria N°7 quienes recorrieron todas las oficinas del Cuerpo Legislativo, se interiorizaron sobre su funcionamiento y sobre el recorrido que hacen los proyectos antes de convertirse en ordenanzas.
Los alumnos fueron recibidos por el presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Martín Rodríguez, quien expresó que era muy importante que los jóvenes conocieran el Concejo y sean conscientes del rol protagónico que tienen en la política: «la historia de la Argentina se puede contar un poco por la historia de su juventud. Los oscuros años 70, con la desaparición y tortura; los 80′ con la guerra de Malvinas; los 90′ con la desocupación y a partir de 2003, la recuperación del país, que significó para la juventud volver a involucrarse para generar cambios en su escuela, su barrio y su comunidad».
Luego, los estudiantes realizaron un simulacro de sesión en el recinto durante el que debatieron y votaron un proyecto de ordenanza vinculado a la promoción y el fortalecimiento de los Centros de Estudiantes.
A lo largo de la visita también estuvieron presentes los concejales Miguel Quintero, Adrián Eslaiman, Natacha Ghergo, Cecilia Suárez y Vicente Costantino; así como también, la responsable de Desarrollo Social del municipio, Florencia Lampreabe y la responsable del área de Juventud, Paloma Urtubey.
El programa Concejales por un Día fue aprobado por el legislativo local en el mes de junio. Fue creado para que alumnos de los 4tos años de escuelas públicas y privadas del distrito conozcan el HCd y su funcionamie
